Sales Operations Officer

Role Overview

We are looking to employ a sales-driven and customer-oriented Sales Officer to oversee a geographical area and determine the most effective solutions to increase company secondary sales, ensure revenue growth, and expand our customer base.

What You Will Do

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives within the assigned area, identify new business opportunities, meet sales targets, and resolve customer complaints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• At least one experience in sales, willing to grow career in sales

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Sound knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and market analysis
• Ability to travel within the designated area to meet clients and oversee sales activities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
