Trainee (m/w/d) CRO Office

Role Overview

The CRO Office is the central staff unit of the Risk Officer (CRO) and is responsible for important cross-sectional themes for the risk functions of the bank. The trainee will work closely with management on the further development of our departmental strategy, coordinate and steer projects for the risk department, and analyze data for steering formats and concrete use cases.

What You Will Do

The trainee will work on the optimization of processes, learn how AI and digitalization are used in everyday banking, support and accompany the cost and budget planning for our executive department, and actively design and implement decentralized personnel development offers and communication measures.

The ideal candidate has completed a degree in business administration, economics, or related fields, has gained initial practical experience in risk management, and can express themselves in both German and English at least at a C1 level.
