Role Overview
TOTEME is looking for a People Operations Generalist APAC to join their team in Shanghai full-time. The role will strengthen local People & Culture support primarily in China, ensuring efficient, compliant and consistent People Operations across retail and office.
What You Will Do
Act as the first point of People support for Store Managers in China, support the Regional Retail Manager with day-to-day people matters, and coordinate payroll preparation, calculation and validation.

Requirements
- Relevant higher education within HR, People & Culture, Business Administration or a related field
- A couple of years of broad experience within People Operations/HR
- Experience from working with payroll, Compensation & Benefits coordination
- Experience from a retail organization or other similar international, multi-site environment
- Good knowledge of Chinese employment practices and HR requirements
- Knowledge of other APAC markets
- Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese
