Sales Support / Inside Sales

Role Overview

As a Sales Support / Inside Sales, you will be an important part of our international sales team, ensuring that our Sales Managers are optimally supported and customer inquiries, offers, and projects are processed efficiently and professionally.

What You Will Do

You will support our Sales Managers in the operational daily business, create, edit, and track offers, retrieve price, product, and delivery information, and prepare them clearly for customer offers.

Requirements

• Completed commercial education or comparable qualification
• Ideally, first work experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service
• Secure handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in working with ERP and CRM systems is an advantage
• Good knowledge of German and English in writing and speaking
• Structured, self-employed, and careful working method
• Developed organizational and coordination skills
• High customer and service orientation and a professional appearance
• Strong communication skills and joy in collaboration with different departments
• Initiative, reliability, and sense of responsibility
• Ability to set priorities and maintain overview even with multiple parallel tasks
• Motivation to continuously improve processes and actively contribute to the team’s success
