Role Overview
The Coordinator, Sales Operations plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Whistler.com, Whistler’s official booking channel. This position helps ensure that products, bookings, inventory, and supplier information are managed accurately and efficiently.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include acting as a Tourism Whistler ambassador, supporting the setup and fulfillment of products and offers, collecting and maintaining accurate product information, and coordinating seasonal inventory changes.

Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to learn reservation, payment, and supplier systems
