As a Dealer Account Manager, you’ll be the primary link between TFA and our supporting dealerships, working closely with dealer management and business managers to maximise sales opportunities across our finance and insurance products.
Requirements
- Own and manage relationships across an allocated dealer portfolio
- Act as the first point of contact for all dealership enquiries
- Develop structured call plans to ensure consistent, high-quality support
- Support onboarding and accreditation of dealership business managers
- Coach and uplift dealer capability through training and performance feedback
- Drive finance and insurance performance aligned to territory budgets and KPIs
- Identify performance gaps and implement practical countermeasures
- Partner with internal stakeholders and regional specialists to deliver results
- Support the rollout of new initiatives and best-practice programs
- Collaborate closely with TMCA, Lexus, Hino and other One Toyota partners
