Analytics Engineer, Associate

Role Overview

TPG is looking for an Analytics Engineer who can build analytics solutions from the ground up, working across modern tools like Power BI and Databricks AI/BI.

What You Will Do

Build reliable, scalable, and high-performance data solutions, drive the evolution of data solutions delivery, and design, develop, and implement Business Intelligence solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in data analytics, BI development, or data engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Solid expertise with SQL Server, Power BI, Excel, and AI/BI tools.
• Solid experience with data modeling (dimensional modeling, semantic layers, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT development across SQL, APIs, SaaS platforms, and Data Lake Storage.
• Familiarity with PySpark, Delta Lake, and Medallion architecture concepts is strongly preferred.
