Role Overview

The Project Coordinator is a high-visibility role supporting People Operations and the Office of the COO, serving as an operational force multiplier, managing workflow, data, and communications that drive leadership decision-making.

What You Will Do

Draft briefing notes, scripts, and presentations, transform budget inputs and metrics into Excel models and dashboards, own project execution, direct logistics for leadership offsites and events, build project plans and risk registers, and navigate a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is necessary to produce client-ready work under tight deadlines
  • A working knowledge of AI tools for research, drafting, and summarization is expected, along with the discernment to apply them effectively
