Role Overview
The Salesforce Configurator & Administrator is responsible for configuring, administering, and optimizing the Salesforce platform to support TPx’s business operations.
What You Will Do
Analyze business requirements and lead solution design, configuration, testing, and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce applications, design and manage Salesforce data models, configure and maintain user access and security architecture, and design and optimize Lightning record pages.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience, strong proficiency with Salesforce declarative tools, and experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience in an enterprise environment
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce declarative tools, including Flows, security model, Lightning configuration, reporting, and dashboards
- Experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including marketing-related solutions
- Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments and using Jira or similar work tracking tools
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate with minimal supervision
- Salesforce Administrator certification required
