Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Solution Engineer Specialist to join our team in Dublin, supporting Small and Medium Business customers. This role sits at the intersection of digital marketing strategy and technology, acting as a trusted advisor who architects unified data strategies using Data360 to power personalized customer engagement across the full digital marketing portfolio.

What You Will Do

Take on complex business challenges, using research and business assessment to define problems, generate ideas, identify opportunities, and recommend actionable next steps. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to develop comprehensive solutions and customer roadmaps for Agentforce Marketing and Data 360 and how they enable customers to create hyper-personalized customer experiences.
