Role Overview

The Sr. Manager, Demand Generation Analytics & Performance will own the measurement, insights, and business review framework for digital demand generation across multiple Salesforce products and lines of business. This role spans website, email, paid media, account-based marketing (ABM), and other program-driven demand gen initiatives.

What You Will Do

The individual will serve as the analytical backbone for the demand gen organization: building and evolving KPIs, navigating complex data, and partnering across data teams on dashboards and monitoring needed to track performance.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in Marketing/Demand Gen Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a highly quantitative field, with strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Salesforce data architecture.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Marketing/Demand Gen Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a highly quantitative field
  • Strong proficiency in SQL
  • Hands-on fluency with Tableau
  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce data architecture and core CRM objects
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and website reporting data, along with paid media platform data and tools like Demandbase
