What You Will Do

The Customer Operations Supervisor Sales Network will be responsible for organizing and supervising the daily operation of different channels of attention and management, ensuring the fulfillment of service levels and quality. They will also promote the evolution and optimization of Contact Center tools and perform the follow-up and analysis of operational and quality indicators.

Requirements

• Experience of at least 3 years in coordinating teams of operations, Contact Center, customer service, or back office
• Experience in managing and developing people, including individual follow-up, motivation, and feedback
• Experience in following up and analyzing operational and quality indicators
• Deep knowledge of Contact Center tools, preferably Genesys, and experience working with CRM tools
• Analytical capacity to interpret data, detect deviations, and transform them into action plans and improvement
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Commercial profile, with a focus on clients, results, and continuous improvement
