Manager, Account Management (TAG)

Role Overview

Manages a team of Account Managers and Account Specialists providing service to retirement plan sponsors, advisors, and TPAs in the institutional market. The role involves implementing service strategies, resolving escalated issues, and building proactive relationships with internal and external customers.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include implementing service strategies, resolving escalated issues, approving P&L amounts up to $5,000, establishing team goals, and building proactive relationships with internal and external customers.
