Product Partner Manager

Role Overview

Join Transcom as a Product Partner Manager to combine world-class technology partners with our global operational excellence. You will own the vision and productization of our technology solution, ensuring seamless, market-ready services and products that our teams and clients can win with.

What You Will Do

You will own the strategy, drive economics, bridge the gap, and go-to-market to ensure our CX partner technologies are transformed into market-ready services and products. You will also maintain the ‘Gold Standard’ for our CX product ecosystem.

Requirements

• Product (Partner) Management experience (BPO, SaaS, or AI) with a proven track record of launching products from concept to scale
• A Degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related field
• A proven track record of successfully ‘productizing’ third-party SaaS/PaaS solutions (buying and integrating tech rather than just building it)
• Experience working closely with sales teams, creating enablement materials, and driving commercial adoption of technical products
• Extensive experience bridging the gap between technical teams and commercial stakeholders
• Broad understanding of current and emerging digital technologies in customer care environments (e.g. Agentic AI, GenAI-enabled, Multimodal UIs, Real-time translation, and predictive analytics)
• Understanding of agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management
• Familiarity with integration methods and software development tools
• English verbal and written is required (C1 or higher level)
• Well-developed communication skills
• Team player mentality and a willingness to share ideas and best practice
