Senior Financial Analyst

Role Overview

Join us as a Senior Financial Analyst and turn complex financial and project information into clear, actionable decisions. Working across the Delivery Projects Group, you will establish robust reporting and processes, partner with finance and operational stakeholders, and help multidisciplinary project teams strengthen their financial acumen.

What You Will Do

Deliver accurate, timely reporting, dashboards and commentary that identify trends, explain performance and support proactive financial decisions. Lead monthly financial reviews with project teams, analysing actuals against budgets and forecasts and recommending actions to improve cost management and control.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field
• CPA, CA or equivalent qualification
• At least three years’ senior-level experience in finance or accounting within a large, complex organisation
• Understanding of the project management lifecycle and capex and opex
• Commercial acumen and experience communicating with varied stakeholders
• Advanced Excel, data analysis and financial modelling capability
• PowerPoint and Oracle knowledge will be advantageous
