Role Overview

Own the scalability of Movantis’ internal systems and cross-functional services, and the execution discipline behind the product roadmap.

What You Will Do

Scalable internal systems, automation of manual money processes, the Efficiency Roadmap, execution and delivery, cross-functional readiness, and enabling functions.

Required: 8+ years in product management, product operations or an equivalent technology role, including direct people leadership, track record making operations scale, and experience building operating cadence and governance for a multi-product portfolio.

• strong analytical foundation
• experience embedding control and support functions into a product development process

• professional English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus)
• comfortable across US and LatAm teams and time zones
