Role Overview

We are looking for an operation professional with a strong understanding of the Philippine market and a passion for AI products. You will be responsible for building and managing local user communities, conducting market and user research, and driving product operations for our AI-powered keyboard.

What You Will Do

You will build and grow local user communities, conduct market and user research, and drive product operations for our AI-powered keyboard. You will also develop and execute operational strategies to improve user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization performance in the Philippine market.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in product operations, user operations, community management, growth, market research, or a related field
• Strong understanding of the Philippine market, including local culture, consumer behavior, language environment, and social media ecosystem
• Proven experience building and managing user communities from the ground up
• Strong user research skills, including interviews, surveys, competitor analysis, and insight generation
• Excellent product sense and user empathy, with the ability to identify experience issues and recommend practical solutions
• Data-driven mindset and the ability to evaluate operational performance and iterate on strategies
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of results
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Fluency in Filipino/Tagalog or another Philippine language
• Strong interest in AI, keyboards, productivity tools, or mobile applications
