Role Overview
The Measurement Integration Operations team supports advertising and measurement workflows across TransUnion’s platforms, helping deliver reliable integrations, strong data quality, and a consistent client experience. The team partners with Product, Engineering, Sales, external partners, and clients to resolve operational issues and scale advertising and identity solutions.
What You Will Do
Coordinate the setup, quality assurance, and ongoing maintenance of client measurement integrations to support accurate and consistent delivery. Serve as the primary escalation point for complex operational and partner issues, leading root-cause analysis and driving issues through resolution.

We’re looking for a Consultant, Ad Operations with 3-4 years of experience in Advertising Operations, advertising technology, or digital media operations, with experience performing detailed technical work in an agile environment.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in Advertising Operations, advertising technology, or digital media operations
- Deep knowledge of programmatic advertising workflows, ad serving, measurement, and the advertising technology and marketing technology ecosystem
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to use data to identify root causes and determine an appropriate path to resolution
- Experience collaborating across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and external partner teams
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Working knowledge of Data Management Platform workflows and Multi-Touch Attribution measurement solutions
- Knowledge of advertising measurement integrations, ad-serving workflows, and external advertising technology platforms
- Ability to perform integration quality assurance, investigate operational data-quality issues, and support technical issue resolution
