Role Overview

The Growth Marketing Manager is a part-time lead-generation and brand-building role that drives qualified tenant prospects to medical office buildings and elevates the visibility of the Healthcare Advisory practice to win new agency leasing and tenant-representation assignments.

What You Will Do

The ideal candidate will plan and execute lead-generation campaigns, build and maintain targeted prospect lists, create content that sells space, and partner with brokers to align marketing pushes with leasing priorities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or lead generation
  • Proven track record of owning campaigns tied to lead-generation or sales outcomes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with a CRM and email marketing platform
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, and landing pages
  • Ability to analyze campaign metrics and think strategically and creatively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field
