Growth Marketing Manager, North America

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to run paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising in North America, working to the strategy set by the Senior Manager, Paid Marketing, and driving a consistent pipeline of high-quality B2B leads for Sales.

What You Will Do

Manage Perk’s paid search campaigns, run regular search query analysis, keyword expansion and negative keyword management, create and analyze A/B tests on ad copy and landing pages, and partner with the SEO team on AEO initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns
• Excellent working knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max and Remarketing
• Proficient use of Google Ads Editor and/or Microsoft Advertising Editor
• Experience managing B2B lead generation campaigns at scale
• Strong understanding of SQR analysis, keyword optimisation, match types and bidding strategies
• Proven track record of delivering (or overachieving) against growth targets and quarterly OKRs
• Experience with conversion tracking, tag management (e.g. Google Tag Manager) and attribution
• Analytical proficiency: comfortable in Google Analytics, Looker or similar tools, and skilled in MS Excel / Google Sheets
