Role Overview
As an Implementation Specialist at Perk, you’ll guide Premium and Pro customers across the Italian and other Perk emerging markets from signup to launch. You’ll learn how each customer works, configure the platform to meet their needs and lead a rollout that helps their teams adopt it with confidence.
What You Will Do
Lead customer implementations from discovery through launch, owning the rollout plan, timelines, risks and next steps. With time, you will become the subject matter expert in the area of change management

Requirements
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken Italian.
- Relevant professional experience either as an Implementation Specialist, Sales, Customer Care, Account Management, Project Management or other related roles.
- Demonstrated overachievement against targets/goals & expectations in previous roles.
