CRO Analyst

Role Overview

As our CRO Analyst, you’ll own our experimentation program end to end, shaping hypotheses, running tests, and delivering verdicts. You’ll cover everything from big bets on our roadmap to fast, high-frequency tests that keep us learning every week.

What You Will Do

Build a pragmatic optimization process together with PMs and UX designers; grow eCVR, attach rate, and margin by finding and prioritizing ideas most likely to move them; raise our win-rate by connecting quantitative and qualitative data into a sharper picture of what to test next.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You’ll be the one who turns ‘we think this will work’ into ‘here’s what the data says, and here’s what we do next.’ You’ll make every win durable by setting metric definitions, guardrails, and decision rules the rest of the organization builds on.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in CRO, experimentation, and analytics
  • Experience scaling a CRO program
  • Strong hands-on experience with experimentation and analytics tools (GA4, BigQuery, Optimizely or similar)
  • A track record of rigorous experiment design
  • A drive to optimize the experimentation workflow and bring in new tools
  • Experience managing stakeholders across a complex organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication

Benefits

  • Paid leave (31.5 days)
  • Hybrid work with flexibility and life balance
  • Company-sponsored volunteer day
  • Well-being support with free, confidential access to OpenUp’s psychologists, self-help tools, and masterclasses
  • Amazing benefits, such as covered commuting costs, ClassPass subscription/membership, and a lease bike plan
  • Free fruit, healthy snacks, team drinks, and company events
