Role Overview
Tremendous is a global platform for businesses to send payouts to anyone, anywhere. We’re looking for a GTM Engineer focused on marketing to integrate LLMs, workflow tools, and low-code capabilities to build agentic solutions for marketing workflow problems.
What You Will Do
Design and build agentic workflows, evaluate and deploy AI tools for marketing, work with the Data team to build automated reporting pipelines, and build AI-assisted lead scoring and qualification.

Requirements
- 5-8 years in marketing operations, marketing technology, or GTM engineering
- Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, AI agent frameworks, and workflow automation tools
- Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and basic scripting
- Process-first thinker
- Bias for rapid experimentation
- Strong written communication
- Autonomous and self-directed
