Role Overview
Responsible for data capture, analysis, and reporting to assist leadership in achieving operational efficiency. Audits department information, produces reports, and suggests improvements to processes.
What You Will Do
Independently pulls and analyzes data to assist the Financial Operations department in developing presentations, reports, dashboards, and other tools to monitor progress of key metrics, trends, and initiatives.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Provides guidance to finance and non-finance colleagues, supports the department in reviewing ministry operating and capital annual plans, and works closely with ministry finance teams to ensure financial integrity of submitted requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Three (3) to five (5) years of industry/private industry finance experience
- CPA preferred
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Strong Finance experience preferred
