Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

Role Overview

Serve as an FP&A business partner to SG&A leaders, supporting day-to-day financial analysis and decision-making. Play a key role in annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes.

What You Will Do

Prepare and analyze monthly financial performance, build and maintain financial models, and contribute to executive and board reporting.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of relevant financial experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with financial reporting and forecasting tools (e.g., Adaptive Planning, Salesforce, BI)
• Strong understanding of financial statements, U.S. GAAP, and core finance principles
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally within a matrixed organization
