Financial Analyst, Travel and Expense

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support enterprise travel and entertainment expense management, spend optimization, and fraud detection initiatives.

What You Will Do

Analyze employee expense reports, identify trends, anomalies, and cost-saving opportunities, and develop and build metrics and KPIs to measure and manage organizational spend.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, expense management, or audit
• Experience with expense reporting systems (Oracle Fusion preferred)
• Experience with fraud detection, internal audit, or compliance programs
• Knowledge of financial systems integrations and process automation
• Experience working in a large, multi-entity or global organization
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data modeling)
• Ability to interpret large datasets and present findings clearly
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Strong business acumen and ability to work well across different functions.
