What You Will Do

Develop, configure, and maintain robust functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Partner with technical leadership and the existing team to evaluate business requirements and architect the most efficient solutions.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in both Salesforce development and administration
• Proven expertise utilizing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• In-depth knowledge of declarative development and advanced system configuration
• Demonstrated hands-on coding experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex
• Extensive background in building, managing, and troubleshooting system automations using both standard and custom objects
• Solid experience successfully integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms and external APIs
• High level of comfort documenting technical decisions and managing workflows within Jira
• Ability to execute complex projects independently with limited supervision
