Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 2-3 years of related experience in lawn/horticulture agronomic field required
• Proven experience in sales
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using sales analytics and CRM tools
