Enterprise Account Manager – French Market

Role Overview

We’re expanding our Enterprise business across the French market, and we’re looking for collaborative, forward-thinking professionals to help shape what’s next. You’ll work with some of the region’s leading brands at a moment when AI is fundamentally changing how reputation is built and how consumers make decisions, while helping businesses use authentic human sentiment to strengthen their visibility, credibility, and competitive position in the AI economy.

What You Will Do

Drive Portfolio Value: Manage a portfolio of Enterprise accounts across the French market, owning customer retention, guiding successful renewals, and identifying growth opportunities through thoughtful account mapping. Partner for Success: Work in close partnership with dedicated Customer Success Managers (CSMs). Help Build the Playbook: Bring fresh perspectives to a growing function by sharing market insights, piloting retention and expansion initiatives, and co-creating our France Enterprise strategy.

Requirements

• Native-level French and strong professional English language skills
• Demonstrated track record managing Enterprise-level customer portfolios, with experience driving renewals, account retention, and commercial expansion within a SaaS or subscription-based environment.
• Comfortable navigating evolving environments, taking ownership of your outcomes, and eager to help shape an Enterprise approach rather than simply following a rigid process.
• Proven ability to co-manage complex customer relationships alongside Customer Success Managers, technical leads, and cross-functional teams.
• Skilled at leading thoughtful, consultative conversations with senior leadership and key stakeholders across diverse organizations.
