Marketing Operations Lead (Insights & Data)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing Insight & Data Lead to serve as a key operational link between marketing strategy and technical execution, and to deliver insights that fuel our global marketing engine.

What You Will Do

You will lead dashboard and insight delivery for regional and central marketing teams, translate complex performance data into actionable insights, and support the operationalisation of dashboards and tools across marketing.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience within Marketing Analytics, Marketing Operations, or a similar data-focused business enablement role.
• Proven proficiency with modern MarTech/CRM data environments (such as Salesforce, including leads, contacts, campaigns, and funnel concepts).
• Comfortable working with visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and pulling/manipulating data via SQL or advanced Google Sheets.
• Highly analytical, with the ability to translate complex data into insights, decisions, and stories that inspire action.
• Strong communicator, able to clarify technical concepts for non-technical users and document clear business needs for engineers.
