Role Overview
The Inside Sales Representative coordinates the activities of the selling teams, internal Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing and assigned (external) Customers to mediate, and negotiate any item or activity such as price, delivery, quality, and responsiveness, that directly impacts the customer’s business with TTM Technologies.
What You Will Do
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for customer communication for customers doing business with Chippewa Falls, processing requests for quotes, order entry, and returns, and resolving accounts receivable and shipping issues.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of printed circuit board manufacturing knowledge, as well as knowledge of the competitive market for PCB’s, and be able to quickly solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- High School or GED required
- Minimum 1 year customer service or related work experience
- Printed circuit board manufacturing and sales experience preferred
