District Sales Manager, Retail – South California

Tuff Shed is hiring a District Sales Manager, Retail for Southern California, responsible for overseeing retail sales and customer service, growing top line sales, and managing a sales team.

Requirements

• Manage day-to-day performance of Sales & Design Consultants (SDC)
• Provide on-the-ground support for sales employees
• Conduct employee performance reviews and provide training and coaching
• Recruit and manage sales team members
• Perform safety training and represent the sales team
• Manage event planning and execution
• Review sales cancellations and social media reviews
• Work with GM/DM to ensure timely build scheduling and customer service
