AI Specialist Revenue Operations

Role Overview

The AI Specialist, Revenue Operations is responsible for building and running the AI workloads that support the global revenue organization. The role develops automations and agent features against a defined specification, and it owns the operational work that keeps live AI systems healthy and measurably effective.

What You Will Do

Workload Development: Builds automations and AI agent features against a written specification and within the platform’s established patterns. Quality Evaluation: Authors and runs evaluation test cases for AI workloads, extends coverage as those workloads change, and produces the reporting that evidences whether agent performance is improving.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building with large language model APIs
• Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript
• Practical experience integrating with REST APIs
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational data structures
• Excellent written communication skills
