Role Overview

The AI Specialist, Revenue Operations is responsible for building and running the AI workloads that support the global revenue organization. The role develops automations and agent features against a defined specification, and it owns the operational work that keeps live AI systems healthy and measurably effective.

The primary focus is twofold. The role develops automations and agent features against a defined specification, and it owns the operational work that keeps live AI systems healthy and measurably effective: evaluation, knowledge curation, monitoring and first-line diagnosis.

The standards this role helps set around documentation, evaluation and production readiness will determine how quickly our AI platforms can scale, and how much of the technical work can be safely devolved over time.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building with large language model APIs
• Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript
• Practical experience integrating with REST APIs
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational data structures
• Excellent written communication skills
• Legal eligibility for authorized employment within the Philippines (PH) region
• Fluent in verbal and written English
