Role Overview

The AI Specialist, Revenue Operations is responsible for building and running the AI workloads that support the global revenue organization. The role develops automations and agent features against a defined specification, and it owns the operational work that keeps live AI systems healthy and measurably effective.

What You Will Do

Builds automations and AI agent features against a written specification, authors and runs evaluation test cases for AI workloads, maintains knowledge bases and data, monitors live AI workloads, and owns first-line investigation of failures.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building with large language model APIs, a working knowledge of Python or JavaScript, and excellent written communication skills.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building with large language model APIs
• Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript
• Practical experience integrating with REST APIs
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational data structures
