Associate Customer Success Manager (UK Remote)

Role Overview

As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you will manage a portfolio of Educational Institutions in Spain and France, ensuring retention, growth, and strong relationships. You will build and proactively execute account plans to achieve your objectives.

What You Will Do

You will manage relationships so that customers achieve maximum value from our software services, upsell our wider solutions portfolio, and build and maintain relationships across the organisation, from Deans, (Vice) Chancellors, and Directors through to individual instructors.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or the education sector.
• Fluent in English, Spanish, and French.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value clearly to diverse higher education stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, time-management, and organisational skills, with a data-driven approach and experience using CRM/Customer Success platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
• Proven ability to work effectively as a collaborative teammate with curiosity, accountability, and a growth mindset.
• Understanding of the education technology landscape and institutional challenges around teaching, learning, and academic integrity.
• Demonstrated ability or potential to achieve customer retention, upsell, and satisfaction targets in a fast-paced environment.
