Role Overview
The Vice President, Global People Operations & Transformation will lead People Operations and its continued transformation, overseeing Global People Shared Services, Benefits, HR Systems and Analytics, and Employee Relations operations. The role will also lead the planned integration of global Payroll operations from Finance.
What You Will Do
The role will involve leading global People Shared Services, designing and improving the People Shared Services delivery model, evaluating organizational structure and staffing, building scalable operations, establishing performance measures, and leading the global Employee Relations operating model.
