Role Overview
The Financial Operations and Data Analytics Specialist will be responsible for preparing and supporting monthly operational financial reports for commercial real estate construction projects, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reports. The role will also involve collaborating with the wider business in aggregating financial information to assist in documentation, review, and communication.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include setting up and maintaining contracts/projects on the Financial Management System, performing monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting reviews, explaining invoiced values against forecast values, and maintaining up-to-date data within Dynamics 365.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working within an accountancy/finance-based position
- Working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and management
- Understanding of GAAP financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present financial information
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
