Role Overview
The People Operations Manager owns the day-to-day employee experience at Tutor, from onboarding to offboarding. They will run onboarding, 30-60-90 check-ins, employee changes, and offboarding for a 160+ person team.
What You Will Do
The People Operations Manager will be responsible for onboarding end to end, 30-, 60-, and 90-day check-ins, employee changes, offboarding, and maintaining and improving the People Ops playbooks.
