CRO Specialist

Role Overview

As a CRO Specialist, you will help run the A/B testing roadmap for our Global Ecommerce Platforms. You have a deep understanding of experimentation, data analysis and user behavior/psychology.

What You Will Do

Analyze behavioral analytics data, plan and prioritize experiments, assist in the design and development of A/B tests, and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations.

You will collaborate with the UX design and Development teams to implement tests, and support in implementing on-site tracking solutions.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Optimizely Feature Experimentation (server-side) and Web Experimentation (client-side), or similar A/B testing tools.
• Experience with Product Analytics or Digital Analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Contentsquare, Hotjar …)
• Proficient in data analysis and interpreting complex data sets to derive actionable insights.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• SQL is a plus.
• Some technical knowledge of Single Page Application development frameworks such as React is a plus.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira and Confluence
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, in order to present test outcomes and research insights in a business-friendly manner
• Curious and experimental mindset, with attention to detail
