Senior Field Enablement Business Partner

Role Overview

Join the team as Twilio’s next Senior Field Enablement Business Partner. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of GTM Specialist Enablement, you will act as a critical strategic partner to our Global Customer Services (GCS) organization as we transform our enablement model and scale the business. In this role, you’ll design, localize, and roll out high-impact enablement strategies, programs, and tools that equip GCS to be successful.

Requirements

• 5+ years of total experience in services/sales enablement, services/sales operations, or direct professional services, with 3+ years in a strategic enablement or business partner role.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success driving measurable performance impact and ROI through field enablement programs.
• Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the B2B sales/services cycle within SaaS or complex enterprise tech environments.
• Modern Tech Stack Proficiency: Hands-on experience with enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Gong), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce).
• Instructional Grounding: Strong understanding of adult learning theory and practical application of frameworks like Bloom’s Taxonomy to design outcomes-based learning.
• Analytical & Consultative Mindset: Ability to translate complex data into actionable enablement initiatives and influence executive stakeholders without direct authority.
• Adaptable & Collaborative: A self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, excellent facilitation skills, and a proven ability to build trust across global matrixed teams.
