Role Overview
The People Operations Project Analyst will apply project management methodologies to execute and measure initiatives across the entire employee lifecycle. The role involves translating employee feedback into actionable insights, building clear project roadmaps, and driving measurable people operations improvements.
What You Will Do
The responsibilities include owning and executing end-to-end People Team initiatives, establishing and maintaining clear reporting, mapping and optimizing key touchpoints across the employee lifecycle, designing and implementing engagement strategies, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms, and translating raw workforce data into actionable insights.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, project coordination, or People Operations, with hands-on experience with tools like Tableau, SurveyMonkey, and Excel. They will be able to break apart tasks and align stakeholders towards a goal, and have a background or strong interest in humans at work and numbers.
