Role Overview
The role involves owning the next steps for millions of people who interact with UiPath, building and shipping changes to move numbers, and doing product thinking to pick problems to solve and define success.
What You Will Do
Help define growth metrics, study product telemetry, turn findings into testable hypotheses, build and ship fixes, and explain experiments to engineering, product, design, and leadership.

Requirements
- Principal-level engineering experience
- Recent hands-on work shipping full-stack production code
- AI-native way of building
- Track record in growth, activation, or funnel work at a product-led company
- Strong product sense
- Ability to move fast with a small footprint
- Clear written and spoken communication
