Role Overview
This role owns what happens next for millions of people who meet UiPath for the first time. The job is to find out why people adopt, stick with or drop our products, then build and ship the changes that move those numbers.
What You Will Do
Help define growth metrics, study product telemetry, turn findings into testable hypotheses, build and ship fixes, and work with AI coding agents.

Requirements
- Principal-level engineering experience with recent hands-on work shipping full-stack production code
- AI-native way of building with coding agents
- Track record in growth, activation or funnel work at a product-led company
- Strong product sense with the ability to move fast with a small footprint
