Role Overview
Bowhead seeks a Financial Analyst who will complete and assist in various financial functions such as budgeting, auditing, forecasting, trending and analysis.
What You Will Do
The FA will track project expenses, update spend plans and month end accruals as needed, and report, make recommendations, and analyze project financial status on a monthly basis.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have one plus year of professional finance or account experience, a Bachelor’s degree from a nationally accredited university in a related field, and intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite and basic computing skills.
Requirements
- One plus (1+) year professional finance or account experience
- Bachelors degree from nationally accredited university in a related field such as Business, Management, Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Intermediate to advanced level skills in basic computing skills including Windows-based systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external customers
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
