Role Overview
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for regional budgeting and forecasting, business budgeting, expense budgeting, and tracking performance against budget. They will also be responsible for overall business analysis, sales, profit line, growth line, performance analysis, and evaluating each bank outlet performance.
What You Will Do
The Financial Analyst will publish monthly performance reports to the leadership team, facilitate regulators and investors visits/industry partners, and support in studies, assessments, or evaluations. They will also be responsible for branch scorecard and its performance, cost expenditure analysis, and department-wise productivity analysis.

The Financial Analyst will work closely with the sales and marketing team to conduct competitor studies and industry analysis. They will also be responsible for business planning and budgeting, tracking business and revenues, and branch profitability.
Requirements
- B. Com. or equivalent
- 0-1 Year of experience
- Strong accounting/financial background
- Expert in handling voluminous data & hands on experience with MS Office
- Adequate analytical skills
- Keen learning ability
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Time Management skills
- Crisis Management skills
- Strong negotiation skills
