Role Overview

The Specialist will assist in the development and execution of WhatsApp & Chatbot banking use cases to meet business objectives.

What You Will Do

Support the team in defining the roadmap for WhatsApp & Chatbot banking, assist in identifying customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, collaborate with business, IT, and marketing teams to develop and launch new features.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• 0 to 2 years of experience
• AI, Product Management certifications is nice to have
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
