Lead Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

The Lead Salesforce Developer will drive complex development initiatives across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud, building modern Lightning Web Components and mentoring team members.

The role involves leading the end-to-end development of Salesforce features and enhancements, building sophisticated Lightning Web Components, and collaborating with product owners and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• Hands-on 6+ experience developing in Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow.
• Demonstrated expertise configuring and customizing Salesforce CPQ and/or Revenue Cloud.
• Practical experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using Informatica.
• Understanding of Salesforce data model, security framework, and performance best practices.
• Proficiency in Gearset for CI/CD automation and release management.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification required.
