Role Overview

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts, prospecting for new business, and creating effective solutions for customers using our 43,000 high-quality products. You will spend Monday planning and scheduling, and on-site visits with customers Tuesday through Friday. You will be part of a winning team, receive 4 weeks of Uline-specific sales training, and have continuous career development.

What You Will Do

Manage and grow existing accounts, prospect for new business, create effective solutions for customers, and spend time on-site with customers. You will also have opportunities to participate in sales goals, contests, and top performer incentives.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years previous sales experience preferred
  • Excellent written / verbal communication, problem-solving and presentation skills
  • Valid driver’s license and great driving record
