Role Overview

The Head of Media & Partnerships is responsible for leading the Marketing Division’s overall Media function by driving media expansion, strategic partnerships, media intelligence, and commercial growth. This role provides strategic leadership while remaining actively involved in building and expanding the Agency’s global media network, developing the Agency’s Media Database, and producing high-quality commercial proposals and presentations that support business growth.

What You Will Do

Lead the Media & Partnerships department, define and execute the department’s strategy in line with business objectives. Manage and develop the Media team, fostering collaboration, performance, and continuous growth. Drive the expansion and strengthening of the Marketing Agency’s media and partnership network.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in media relations, partnerships, PR, communications, or a similar role
• Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
